GKN Sankey's FV432 was the British Army's M113 equivalent — about 3,000 between 1962 and 1971, in service since 1963 and still running as the rebuilt Bulldog. The wheeled Saxon followed from 1976, over 1,200 of them, and the Simba was built for export to the Philippines.
