Kamaz's four-wheel and six-wheel drives are the Soviet and Russian army's ordinary trucks: the 4310 of 1981 on the 10.9-litre KamAZ-740 V8, the 43114 that replaced it in 1995, the Mustang family from 2003 and the armoured Typhoons from 2014. The two-axle 4326 also carries the Kamaz-master rally trucks, nineteen times winners of the Dakar truck class.

Nineteen wins in the Dakar truck class, six of them consecutively from 2017 to 2022, on a 4×4 built from the 4326 chassis.
