Renault Trucks Defense bought ACMAT in 2006 and Panhard in 2012, and the three were renamed Arquus on 24 May 2018. The range runs from ACMAT's unarmoured VLRA through the Sherpa Light and the Bastion to Panhard's tiny amphibious VBL and the VAB, of which around 5,000 were built.

ALM of Meaux from 1948, ACMAT of Saint-Nazaire from 1965 and part of Renault Trucks Defense, now Arquus, since May 2006: the VLRA in 4×4 and 6×6 from 1967, the ALTV pick-up and the Bastion.
About 2,600 built between 1985 and 2010: three and a half to four tonnes, three crew, fully amphibious at 5.4 km/h.
