The CDSW towed the 18-pounder field gun and the 4.5-inch howitzer from the early to mid-1930s, and later the 25-pounder, until the C8 Quad took the role. Modified vehicles hauled the 40 mm Bofors for light anti-aircraft regiments and crane-equipped ones did breakdown and recovery. Its third axle is undriven, so it is a 6×4.

The MRA/1 is the least documented vehicle in this brand: a War Office general-service one-tonner in cargo and water-tanker form, whose service parts catalogue survives at the Imperial War Museums and against which Grace's Guide records a 4,200 cc engine in 1952. No production figure is published.
