The L200 is the Mitsubishi most of the world buys: a working pick-up for farms, utilities, aid agencies and armies with enough refinement to sell privately in Europe and Australia, and a Dakar history of its own in the 1990s and 2000s.
Thai production from 2005 put it alongside the Hilux and Ranger in the world’s pick-up trade; Fiat and Ram took versions of it to fill gaps in their ranges.
