Mahindra’s vehicles are India’s working four-wheel drives: the CJ derivatives carried ten passengers on district roads, ploughed fields with a power take-off and served the police and forest departments for sixty years.

The Scorpio took over the government fleets from 2002 and the Thar the farm and enthusiast trade from 2010; both are exported across Africa, South Asia and Latin America.
