The SandCat is a kitted hull rather than a converted pickup, which is why one platform serves as a patrol vehicle, an anti-tank missile carrier and an ambulance. South Korea's first vehicles carried Spike NLOS in 2013 and Greece ordered 51 of the same kind, deliveries starting in August 2025.
Israel's Defense Ministry expedited an order for 50 EX11s in November 2022 for West Bank operations, each carrying up to eleven soldiers, or two stretchers and medics; the first batch arrived within weeks.
