M23 armoured car (1923–25)

The turreted armoured half-track on the 10 HP chassis, with a Schneider & Cie body and a crew of three, shown in 1923 on the K1 running gear. Sixteen P4 T armoured cars were delivered to the French cavalry in January 1925.

The record

Built for Morocco, fourteen went instead to the French mandates of Syria and Lebanon, where they served until 1941; the other two stayed in France, and at least one was re-fitted with the P7 bis metal-and-rubber track.
