The Belgian licence-built P14: 130 artillery tractors made by the Fabrique Nationale at Herstal between 1936 and 1940 on the Minerva CM-3, first with a Minerva six (3T) and from about 1938 with an FN eight-cylinder of nearly four litres (63T).

The first prototype ran in 1934. Some 100 were in service when Germany invaded Belgium in May 1940.
