Kégresse P107 tractor (1935–40)

The last and most numerous Kégresse-type half-track: a towing tractor with a 3,454 cc four of 60 hp, a four-speed gearbox and a two-speed reduction, accepted on 6 December 1935 and built from 1937 by Unic at Puteaux, which made 3,276 by 1940.

The record

The military version, a seven-seat troop carrier and a dropside platform, was in service before the civil one was accepted. It replaced the P17 as the French artillery’s light tractor. The Germans used captured P107s as the Zugkraftwagen U 304 (f), and Rheinmetall converted about seventy into open-topped armoured personnel carriers.
