ACMAT made more than 12,000 vehicles in all, about 3,500 of them sharing parts closely, and exported over 85 per cent of them to more than fifty countries; they are in service in 42 nations, France and Ireland among them. The VLRA 2 came in 2009, and the air-transportable light tactical vehicle served in Afghanistan between 2008 and 2019.
