The record

FSP stands for forces spéciales de patrouille. It is the lightest of the 4×4s in ACMAT's 1982 range, on 12.5 × 20 tyres and 4,150 kg empty, and shared its chassis with the TPK 4.15 SM3 twelve-seat carrier and the 4.15 LRM rocket launcher. French special forces used VLRAs from the Gulf in 1991 to Barkhane.
