The 450 family entered production at Ulyanovsk in 1958 and preceded the redesigned 452. Its short four-wheel-drive chassis carried a van, an ambulance or a separate wooden cargo platform. A 2.432-litre petrol four and three-speed gearbox powered the early family. The procedural model uses shared game physics; its handling values are not certified factory specifications.

Reference review: The supplied Moscow 2025 and factory-museum photographs show a pale ambulance with two patient windows on each side, cream wheels, a right-side spotlight, small round rear lamps and split rear bumper. The requested split windscreen is an intentional brief requirement: the photographed preserved vehicle instead has an undivided windscreen. Subsequent reviewer feedback superseded the original right-positioned roof-lamp request; the cross lamp is now centred, matching the preserved vehicle.
