Willys added the dual-rear-wheel FC-170 in 1959 for utility, municipal and tow-truck work, with a heavier rear axle, a four-speed gearbox and the 226 cu in six; a Cerlist diesel was offered from 1961. It was the largest Forward Control and the basis of the military M677 crew cab.
