AMC’s Golden Eagle appeared on the Cherokee and J-truck in 1977 and on the CJs in 1977 for 1978; the eagle bonnet decal, gold-painted 15 by 8 wheels with Tracker tyres, tan Levi’s top and seats and Thrush Brown paint were the package. It was dropped after 1980 for the Laredo.
