Ford Thailand launched the Everest in 2003 on the Ranger pick-up as a seven-seat wagon for markets that wanted a Prado-class four-wheel drive; the 2015 model, designed by Ford Australia on the T6, brought a coil-sprung rear and the Wildtrak and Titanium trims, and the 2022 generation the V6 diesel, a Platinum trim and Australia’s best-selling large SUV title. It shares its chassis with the Bronco and Ranger.
