The record

Gomba kept the Ford V6 and Chrysler V8 petrol engines and planned a manual gearbox and a diesel, which arrived in 1984 as a Deutz V8 option. A preserved 1981 Gomba-Stonefield P5000 6x4 with a box body, EHY 510W, in olive green, was shown at the Ashley Hall Traction Engine Rally in May 2015.
