History

Fuso builds in Japan, at Tramagal in Portugal and at Chennai in India, and assembles in Egypt, Jakarta, the Philippines, Malaysia, Turkey and Russia. Four-wheel drive was added to the Canter 20 and 30 series in July 1986 and the FG has been the standard small expedition-truck base ever since.
