supplied Alf van Beem Rome photographs (5 May 2012, CC0) show the VM90 short cab, raised medical box, horizontal mouldings, one high side window, twin rear doors with high windows, four corner blue beacons, ventilation above the cab, white/red medical markings and rear access step. Their CRI text, Arabic deployment lettering and registration are not copied onto the generic Italian Army vehicle. Canadian LSVW photograph reviewed as a related derivative only; its windowless box and different cab/guard are not donors. Italian Army Wm90ambu photograph corroborates tall box, window and medical-panel position on a VM90. Requested plain Army green takes precedence over its camouflage.

Dimensioned drawing confirms 2800 mm wheelbase and 2700 mm medical-box length, 2050 mm width, maximum 2850 mm including roof ventilator. Manual concerns later 2.8-litre/92 kW/290 Nm T3; those engine values do not apply to this requested 2.5-litre representation. Text/table includes inconsistent overhang, payload and total dimensions, so model uses drawing relationship rather than asserting every published number. Geometry supports four stretcher places and roof escape hatch; rear doors closed. Unseen stowage/spare omitted rather than invent a visible carrier.
Donor audit: exact Torpedo road-wheel faces and pivots, 2.8 m axle spacing, corrected short bonnet/cab, grille, head/side lamps, bumpers, cab seating and steering retained. Troop canvas, rear benches, tailgate, spare/jerrycan carrier and donor rear lamps removed. Cab roof/top repainted green. Rear arch skins and inner wall leave tyres clear; medical floor narrowed between wheel housings. No armour or weapon/smoke. Ambulance role and Ambulances membership retained alongside Military/Other; four beacon anchors use shared capability system.
Performance: inherited 2.5-litre T0/T1 engine 76 kW/235 Nm from April 1995 Army manual, explicitly family evidence. Mass3700 kg borrowed from later ambulance manual, provisional for earlier body. Top94 km/h retains derived ambulance default, not claimed historical maximum. Grip.80, drag3.3, steer1 and accel1 are gameplay tuning. All eight prefilled.
Country: Italian Army source confirms Italian operation. Existing queue cell Italy; Canada (as the LSVW) preserved; Canadian LSVW is a distinct licensed derivative and not evidence for this exact Italian-bodied model. Production totals likewise wider family/licensed production, ambulance-specific total unknown.
